Gold Kiwi FlapJacks

You will need:

1 pack Little Beauties Gold kiwi slices

50g chopped finely

2 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 1/2 cups dessicated coconut

1 cup brown sugar

2 Tablespoons honey

200g butter

1. Pour all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix to combine ingredients

2. Melt butter and honey in a saucepan

3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients

4. Leave to cool a little before pouring in the melted butter and honey 

5. Add the Butter and honey to the dry ingredients, mix well

6.Press the mixture firmly into a prepared 20cm x 20cm baking tray

7. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 160c
